Team Tents area
Viewing Spot #1: Cesery Bridge
The best place to watch and see wide, expansive views of the course is atop the Cesery Bridge. The road WILL be CLOSED to all vehicular traffic from 5:30am to 5:30pm on the day of the regatta. Viewing from the bridge is at your own risk. DO NOT sit on or go over the railing.
Viewing Spot #3: Team tents Area
Volunteers will be on-site both Friday and Saturday to help direct tent placements. Spectators are welcome to set up tents and chairs on the hillside ABOVE the riverbank, however, tents CANNOT cross over into the fenced-off area near the office building, as they are hosting a private event that day.
Availability and placement in the Team Tents area is on a first-come, first served basis. A secondary Team Tents area will be available just behind the River House and Vendor tents.
Team tents are NOT permitted on the grassy section near the dock in the launching/landing area OR the area directly atop/adjacent to the shoreline escarpment, which must be kept clear of spectators.
Grills are NOT PERMITTED. NO open flames.
All supplies MUST be carried in. NO team vehicle(s) or food trailers will be allowed to enter the tent area. Team food trailers will have a designated parking area on the west side of Cesery, across from the food trucks.
The LOC (Local Organizing Committee) has final authority to have tent(s) moved or removed.
Viewing Spot #2: University Bridge
The Univerity Bridge can be reached on foot by crossing over the Cesery Bridge on race day, then accessing the north or south walkways. This bridge WILL NOT be closed to vehicular traffic. Viewing from the bridge is at your own risk. DO NOT sit on or go over the railing.
